Everyone's favorite snack, but amped. The perfect way to get extra protein throughout your day, works well as a pre-workout. Kids will love them in their lunchboxes, and you will feel better about giving them something good.

Instructions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except for the chocolate chips.
Step 2
Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper. Press the peanut butter and protein mixture into the pan.
Step 3
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second increments until melted, stirring every 30 seconds. Pour over the base and spread evenly.
Step 4
Sprinkle the top of the chocolate with sea salt, cover, and put in the fridge for at least 1 hour to set. Salt is optional but adds a depth of flavor!
Step 5
Cut into 16 bars. Keep refrigerated.
