Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 deg F
Step 2
Grind all spices in a spice mill, then add to the almond flour in a gallon Ziploc bag
Step 3
Puree tomatoes in a food processor until they are a smooth paste
Step 4
Run the chicken with the tomato paste, then shake chicken in dry mix bag.
Step 5
Arrange on an oiled, foil lined baking sheet by folding thigh in half and setting it up on ends (forms a little hump)
Step 6
Bake for 30-35 mins until internal temp reaches 165 deg f
