Step 1
To make the noodles, bring the dumpling wrappers to room temperature and use both hands to stretch out your wrappers until thin (don't worry if you tear them!). Set aside but make sure you don't leave them for too long as they will stick together.
Step 2
To make your sauce, add the chilli flakes, cumin powder, garlic and spring onions to a bowl. Heat the oil until before smoking and pour over to sizzle, mix with a spoon then add your soy sauce and vinegar.
Step 3
Bring a pot of water to a simmer and drop in your "noodles". Stir the water so they don't clump together, then after a minute add the wrapper straight into your sauce. Mix together and devour immediately!
