Instructions
Step 1
In a big deep pan add the oil, the butter and the onion until is done
Step 2
Chop the mushrooms and add to the pan for some minutes, stirring all the time. Add salt and pepper
Step 3
Add rice and stir until is all together (1 min)
Step 4
Add the wine until it's absorbed while stirring
Step 5
In a different pan make the broth and heat it until almost boiling
Step 6
Add the broth to the rice slowly while stirringmdo it in parts. Add broth, stir until it's evaporated and add again. Repeat few times during 16 min
Step 7
Add the parmesan chesse grilled and mix everything well
Step 8
Close the pan and leave it 1 or 2 min
Step 9
Serve
