Chicken Salad (Under 500 calories)

This is a delicious low calorie and high protein chicken salad recipe that you will absolutely love! Most chicken salad is made with mayo, which offers a lot of extra calories and no added benefits. The key is to swap that out for some greek yogurt! It might sound strange but you get a very similar consistency as mayo, but a lot less calories. When using a greek yogurt, make sure to find one that is low calorie, but still has a good protein count. I like to use the Chobani Zero Sugar cups, since it's only 60 calories per cup. Feel free to add your own twists to this recipe, but I love the celery and grapes for some added crunch!
