Instructions

Step 1
Take BBQ cover off
Step 2
-Make sure bbq is open before turning on gas
Step 3
-Turn gas on, make sure knobs are all off (blue valve in down position)
Step 4
-Push bigger knobs and turn to left until click, turn back and repeat until flame to turn on part of grill
Step 5
-Leave grill heat on high
Step 6
-Close bbq and let it warm up to 400F
Step 7
-Put hot dogs on (home grill, left side is hotter than right)
Step 8
-Keep quarter turning around every 3 minutes until cooked (charred and bubbling blisters)
Step 9
-Turn gas off (blue valve)
Step 10
-Turn knobs off
Step 11
-Clean grill with brush after done
Step 12
-Put cover on
Step 13
Serve hot dogs with toppings and buns
