Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 170.

Using a fork mash the bananas with vanilla essence.

Melt butter and sugar in a pan on medium until dissolved.

Off the heat, sift in the flour, salt and bicarbonate of soda into butter and sugar mixture.

Beat the eggs and combine with the banana mixture, then add this to the other ingredients.
