Instructions

Step 1
Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and sugar until stiff.
Step 2
Transfer the whipped cream to a bowl.
Step 3
Mix the mascarpone with the vanilla and powdered sugar until smooth.
Step 4
Add the whipped cream to the mascarpone and mix until well combined.

Tiramisu

Step 5
Dice the strawberries.
Step 6
Pure the milk into a bowl. Dip the Oreos into the milk. Then layer them onto the bottom of your dish. The bottom should be covered completely.
Step 7
Spread halb of the mascarpone cream onto the Oreos.
Step 8
Top it with half of the fruits.
Step 9
Repeat the steps 6-8 again.
Step 10
Sieve the powdered sugar over the tiramisu.
Step 11
You can eat the tiramisu right away. Preferably you should leave it in the fridge for minimum one hour.
