Instructions

Step 1
Chop the chicken into small pieces.
Step 2
Cook the baby potatoes in the microwave according to the instructions on the packet and then cut them into small slices.
Step 3
Coat the chicken with the BBQ seasoning and then add it to the air fryer. Sprinkle the sliced potatoes with BBQ seasoning and then add them on top. Cook at 180C for 10-15 mins or until the chicken is cooked through.
Step 4
In the meantime, chop up the peppers onions and spring onions. Once the chicken is cooked (after 10-15 mins), add the peppers and onions (not spring onions) to the air fryer and cook for another 10-15 mins.
Step 5
Once cooked, layer the potatoes onto a plate and then top with the chicken and vegetable mix.
Step 6
Add spring onions on top and then add cheese, guacamole, salsa and jalapeños
