Step 1
1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (fan).

2. Begin by dividing the puff pastry sheet into 4 equal parts.

3. Spread 1 tbsp of Biscoff spread onto one part of the puff pastry.

4. Cover the Biscoff spread with another puff pastry part and spread the strawberry jam evenly.

5. Layer another puff pastry part on top and spread the remaining Biscoff spread.

6. Finally, cover with the last piece of puff pastry.

7. Divide the layered puff pastry into 4 equal parts, approximately 4cm each.

8. Then, divide each part in half, leaving about 1cm uncut at the beginning.

9. Twist each strip 3 times, then fold and place them into parchment paper-covered ramekins.

10. Brush the pastries with the egg wash.

11. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

12. Once baked, let them cool and dust with icing sugar before serving.
