Bottom-Friendly Blondie Brownie Bars

These aren’t just any Blondie brownies. These are high-fiber Blondie brownies because this is a bottom-friendly channel after all. Psyllium husk is a perfect addition to any chewy recipe because not only is the psyllium husk going to add fiber to your recipe, but it's also going to enhance the chew of the blondies!

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9" X 13" pan.

Mix melted butter and brown sugar for a few minutes in a medium-sized bowl. Add the salt, baking powder, and vanilla. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, add flour and psyllium husk and mix well.

Add the flour mixture to the brown sugar mixture and mix until crumbles form.
Step 5
Stir in eggs one at a time.
Step 6
Scoop the batter into the greased pan.
Step 7
Bake for 30-35 minutes until the middle is gooey but not raw.

Cool completely before slicing (very important although difficult).

Cut into 8-12 squares and bottoms up!
