Instructions
Step 1
In a sauce pan, combine 2 cups dark soy sauce, 2 cups brown sugar, 1 cup sake. Simmer until brown sugar is completely dissolved
Step 2
Using fine grater, grate 1 tbsp of garlic and 1 tbsp of ginger then add it to the pan.
Step 3
Slice 1 bunch of green onions into 1 and half inch stalks and add to pan
Step 4
Simmer until the thickens, remove from heat and let cool
