Instructions

Step 1
1. Soak sweet potato thins (1/16 inch thickness) in cold water for 5 minutes. Dry well, then toss with olive oil and desired seasonings—I just used salt but will experiment with other spices.
Step 2
2. Lay on a single layer on a large plate (optional to line with parchment paper). Microwave for 5-7 minutes (mine took 6). Let cool completely—they will crisp up at this time. Enjoy!
