Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9 X 13 inch baking dish.
Step 2
Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions.
Step 3
Gently fold in the chopped strawberries. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
Step 4
In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Step 5
Drop spoonfuls of this mixture over the cake batter.
Step 6
Sprinkle coconut flakes and white chocolate chips over the top.
Step 7
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the cake is set and the edges are golden brown.
Step 8
Allow the cake to cool before serving.
