Instructions

Step 1
Toast two slices of whole grain bread and set aside
Step 2
Poach two eggs in a pot of simmering water for about 3-4 minutes until cooked to your liking
Step 3
While the eggs are cooking, slice half an avocado and 1/2 cup tomatoes
Step 4
Assemble the breakfast by lacing the poached eggs on top of the toast, then adding the avocado and sliced tomatoes on top
Step 5
Serve with 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
