Instructions
Step 1
Crush the biscuits and mix it with melted butter. Layer the mixture at the bottom of a cake tin.
Step 2
Whisk yogurt and condensed milk together. Then add gelatine that was disolved in a few tablespoons of warm water. Whisk everything well.
Step 3
Then blend the strawberries with a little bit of sugar (if needed) and add gelatine disolved in a few tablespoons of warm water. Blend everything well.
Step 4
Lastly make the jelly according to the instructions on the packet but add less water, that is 285ml.
Step 5
Assemble the cheesecake. On top of the biscuit layer pour all the yogurt mixture, then add strawberries and gelatine on top. Put in the fridge over night.
