Instructions
For the cake
Step 1
Sift dry ingredients. Beat eggs. Add oranges. Add dry ingredients. Beat for 4 minutes with electric mixer on low speed. Pour batter into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
For the topping
Step 2
Heat topping ingredients until boiling. Pour over hot cake. Let cool before cutting.
