Instructions

Step 1
Sift flour ( Unless you buy the ready sifted )
Step 2
in a cup mix yeast plus 3 Tbsp sugar and 3 1/2 cups warm water
Step 3
add rest of the ingredients to mixer
Step 4
then add yeast mixture and mix for 7 min
Step 5
then let sit for 15 min
Step 6
take out and let sit for 1 hour in a garbage bag so it can rise
Step 7
After it has risen cut into pieces about the same size and make the braids and put into oval or regular loaf pans
Step 8
Egg the top and add any toppings you would like
