Instructions

Cream

Step 1
Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff.
Step 2
Add the remaining ingredients and stir briefly until creamy. Be careful not to stir for too long, otherwise the cream may curdle.

Tiramisu balls

Step 3
Crush the ladyfingers with a rolling pin or mixer.
Step 4
Pour an espresso or small coffee.
Step 5
Place the ladyfingers, cream and espresso in a bowl and mix well.
Step 6
Take some of the mixture in your hands and shape into a small ball. Do the same with the rest of the dough. If the consistency is still too soft, add more ground ladyfingers.
Step 7
Sprinkle the cocoa powder on a plate and roll the balls in it.
Step 8
Optionally, chill the balls for 30 minutes so that the flavor develops better or eat them straight away.
