Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Butter a rimmed baking sheet.
Step 2
Place a large skillet over med-high heat. Add water, au jus seasoning, onion powder and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer according to package directions.
Step 3
Cut the buns in half. Place the bottom half of the rolls on a buttered baking sheet. Layer folded slices of beef evenly over the rolls. Cover with sliced provolone.
Step 4
Place the tops of the buns over and brush the tops with 2 tbsp melted butter.
Step 5
Bake uncovered for 12-15 minutes.
