Instructions

Step 1
peel apples and slice, place in a pot and sprinkle 1oz sugar and spices over add some water and stew for a while until a bit mushy.
Step 2
mix oats, butter, agave, pumpkin seeds, ground almonds, flax seeds, chia seeds and cinnamon and mix. Place on top of apples evenly
Step 3
cook for 35 minutes at gas mark 6 and check apples are soft then leave in the oven to sit for a little bit. serve warm with yogurt/cream/custard.
