Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare your dish. Cut your parchment paper accordingly, leaving enough room for the sides. You can use any tart, cake, or pie dish/plate; remember, no baking is needed. Spray a little oil on the bottom of the dish to stick the parchment paper to it.
Step 2
Soak the dates for at least 10 minutes in warm water.
Dates pitted0.5 LB
Step 3
While the dates are soaking, wash and clean your strawberries, removing the crown. Slice them lengthwise, separating the ends from the middle slices. The middle slices will be for the top and decoration of the tart, and the ends will be chopped and mixed with the yogurt for the filling.

Step 4
Roughly chop the ends; be careful not to do it too much, or you will end up with strawberry juice. We don't want juice! Only small pieces of strawberries. Reserve for later.

Step 5
Once soaked, cut the dates lengthwise and add them to the food processor along with the walnuts and almonds. Blend for about two minutes or until you get a sticky but malleable dough from the coarse and bumpy mixture.
Almonds¾ cup
Walnuts¾ cup
Dates pitted0.5 LB
Step 6
Combine the Greek yogurt with the chopped strawberries and set aside.
Greek Yogurt1 cup
Strawberries0.5 LB
vanilla extract1 Tbsp
Step 7
Now, everything is ready to assemble the tart. Start with the dough, using your fingers to press down until you have an even single layer, including the sides of the dish. Make it even on the sides too, I used a knife for this.
Step 8
Then spread the yogurt with the chopped strawberries evenly over the dough.
Step 9
Finally, start adding the strawberries on top, overlapping them in a spiral from the outside to the center until you use all your strawberries.
Step 10
Voila! The tart is ready! Enjoy it for breakfast, snack, or dessert. Prepare it for family gatherings or any party, and you will not be regretted.
Step 11
Notes:
You can add any other berries, and it will be as delicious.
You can use cashews as a substitute for any of the nuts. But combine them; if you use only one type, the dough will be flimsy and sticky.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to two days.
