Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the uncooked sausage, softened cream cheese, and drained Rotel. Add the Bisquick baking mix and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through. Serve warm and enjoy!
