Instructions

Step 1
Add 2 cups of water to grapes. Let simmer on low for 45 minutes to an hour.
Step 2
Using a potato masher, smash grapes will they are cooking. Strain grapes juice using cheesecloth.
Step 3
Bring grapes juice to a hard boil. Add sugar and pectin, bring back to a hard boil, and cook for 3 minutes. Test jelly for stiffness. Put grapes into sterilized jars and process for 5 minutes.
