Instructions

Step 1
Line a regular cookie sheet with foil and spray with butter pam. Evenly space the 10 biscuits on the cookie sheet and flatten each biscuit. Spray biscuit with butter pam.
Step 2
Sprinkle a good amount of dried Basil over each biscuit.
Step 3
Peel tomatos and slice about ¼ inch thick. (You should get at least 5 slices from each tomato). Put a tomato slice on each biscuit. Sprinkle a good amount of Salad Supreme on each tomato.
Step 4
Mix 1 cup Mayonnaise and 1 ½ cups Monterey Jack/Colby cheese together. Put a heaping teaspoon over each tomato/biscuit. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Step 5
Bake at 375 degrees until biscuit is done. (Approx 10-12 minutes)
Step 6
Note: Cooking will spread the Mayonnaise/cheese mixture over the biscuit. Do not brown the biscuit too much. They need to be firm but not dry and hard. Do not be afraid of the seasoning it is what really makes the little pies so good.
