Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F. Spray 8-inch oven-safe skillet with cooking spray.
Step 2
In large bowl, whisk almond flour, sugar substitute, and baking powder. Add eggs, cream, and vanilla, and whisk until completely blended.
Step 3
Fold in cheese and jalapeno, and then pour batter into prepared skillet.
Step 4
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted at the center comes out mostly clean. Let cool at least 5 minutes before serving. (I cover mine with foil for the first 15 minutes, then remove it, so it doesn't overbrown and come out raw at the center.)
Step 5
To serve, run a sharp knife around the outer edge to loose the bread from the skillet. Place a plate upside down over the top, and flip skillet and plate to release.
