Instructions
Step 1
Fold up your filo pastry sheets like in the video and image above.
Step 2
Place your filo pastry in a baking dish previously covered with parchment paper.
Step 3
Brush a drizzle of olive oil on top of your pastry.
Step 4
Cut your cheese and pear into think slices then add them between your filo pastry sheets.
Step 5
In a bowl, mix eggs with heavy cream then pour the mixture on top of your dish. Bake for 40 mins (180C/360F).
Step 6
Optionally, serve with some honey on top. Buon appetito!
