Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C. Mix sugar and sugar together to a smooth consistency. Stir in the rest of the ingredients with a wooden or metal spoon. Wrap in cling film & chill for at least 30 minutes, then roll small ball in hand and flatten with a fork. Recipe makes approx 20 biscuits. Place on well-greased parchment/greaseproof paper on baking tray and cook for 15-20 minutes.
