1 cupgraham cracker crumbs
8 ozcream cheese

¼ cuppowdered sugar
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Step 3
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then mix in the vanilla extract.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Step 5
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Step 6
Fold in the chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, chocolate chips, and graham cracker crumbs.
Step 7
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
Step 8
Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of cookie dough, flatten slightly, and add a small dollop of the cream cheese mixture in the center. Fold the dough around the cream cheese to enclose it.
Step 9
Place the filled dough balls onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Step 10
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
