Step 1
Start rice in the rice cooker

Preheat oven to 425⁰F

Cut chicken into bite size pieces and cook on stove top, season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic

In a Casserole dish, mix the Cream of Mushroom soup, the Cream of Chicken soup, the milk, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Add seasonings to taste.
Step 5
Add the cooked chicken and the cooked rice to the Casserole dish. Mix well.
Step 6
Sprinkle the remaining 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese over the Casserole evenly.
Step 7
Crush the Ritz crackers and sprinkle them evenly over the cheese
Step 8
Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl, pour evenly over the crackers
Step 9
Bake for 25 minutes, or until the top is crispy and brown
