Instructions
Step 1
Add all seasonings to a large ziploc bag. Shake well to combine and mix.
Step 2
Add chicken pieces to the zip-lock bag. Close bag and again shake well to combine the chicken and the seasonings. (Take your time. You want the spices to cover the chicken.)
Step 3
Add 1 ½ T. oil to the skillet and heat to medium-high heat until oil is shimmering. Using tongs, remove one piece of chicken at a time and carefully place in the skillet. Don’t overcrowd the skillet. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, monitoring carefully. When brown, flip and cook 3 – 5 more minutes (Check for doneness at 165 degrees.)
Step 4
Remove to platter when done. Continue, adding more oil to the skillet if necessary, and cook the remaining pieces.
Step 5
Let chicken rest for 5 minutes. Serve.
