Step 1
Flour the liver steak on both side, repeat the operation two or three times if necessary.

Melt some butter in a pan and ease down the steak and cook for five minutes each side.

Step 3
Pour the red wine and when evaporated, decrease the heat. Cook for about five more minutes on each side adding salt and abundant black pepper. The cooking time might be different depending on how thick is the liver steak.
