Instructions
Step 1
Add the butter to a small bowl and melt in the microwave. Crush the biscuits in a bag and then add the crushed biscuits to the melted butter and mix.
Step 2
Line a tin with baking paper and add the biscuit mixture to this tin and pat it down to form the base of the cheesecake. Pop it in the freezer to set.
Step 3
Meanwhile, add the remaining ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
Step 4
When the base is set, add this mixture on top and smooth it out.
Step 5
Allow to set in the freezer for a few hours or in the fridge overnight.
Step 6
Slice into 8 pieces
