Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Place a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and turkey and cook until mostly browned, about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

3 Stir in refried beans, tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, and crushed red pepper, if using. Add ½ cup water and stir until evenly combined. Add kidney beans and corn. Transfer into a 9x13-inch baking dish and top with cheese. Bake until the cheese is melted, about 15 to 20 minutes.
