If you’ve got some extra apples then this is a great easy and quick recipe to use them up. It only takes 3 ingredients they are crispy on the outside and full of apple deliciousness on the inside .

Instructions
Step 1
Grease your waffle maker on all sides then roll out store bought puff pastry and cut it so that there are two pieces that fit the size of the waffle maker . Place one piece on the waffle maker ( waffle maker should be off at this stage )
Step 2
Peel then finely dice the apple and put the pieces on the two sides of the pastry then sprinkle cinnamon sugar on each one . Add the second layer of puff pastry on top then pinch the sides closed . Turn on the waffle maker and cook about 10 minutes or until golden and crispy . If you like I dust with powder sugar and enjoy .
