Turkey Steak Salad

Love this quick delicious salad (you can have the ingredients (turkey steak, corn, and quinoa without the salad part as well, that's just how we prefer it)

Instructions

Step 1
Cook the turkey steak in a pan over medium heat, cook on both sides until it reaches 165. Season as desired while cooking
Step 2
Cook 1 cup of quinoa with 2 cups of water (or chicken broth) until it boils, cover and turn down to a simmer for 10-15 minutes until all liquid is gone
Step 3
Cut lettuce and combine lettuce, cooked (and cut) turkey steak, hemp hearts, pumpkin seeds, ranch and any other desired toppings and enjoy
