Step 1
Peel the bananas then slice into slices

Lightly grease a large frying pan then add 2 tbsp of sugar to coat the bottom and add in the banana slices on top

In a bowl beat the egg with the rest of the sugar then add butter vanilla and vinegar and mix . Sift in flour and baking powder and stir to combine . You should end up with a thick batter .

Pour the cake batter over the banana slices then cook on a low heat covered for 25 minutes or until the top is set. Flip and cook another five minutes then serve and enjoy .
