Step 1
Brown pork chops in an oven proof skillet
Step 2
In a bowl, mix bread cubes, chopped onion, melted butter, 1/4 cup water, and poultry seasoning.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 350 F
Step 4
Place a mound of stuffing mix on each browned pork chop
Step 5
Blend Cream of Mushroom Soup Can with 1/3 cup water
Step 6
Pour the soup over the stuffing and pork chops
Step 7
Bake for 1 hour
