Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground turkey, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cheese

Gently mix the ingredients together using your hands until well combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can result in tough meatballs
Step 4
To shape the meatballs, scoop put 2 oz of mixture. Roll mixture in hands, I do this with gloves on so the mixture does not stick to my hands. Place meatballs on baking sheet
Step 5
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown on the outside.
Step 6
Glazing the Meatballs
In a small bowl, mix together honey and sriracha to create a sweet and spicy glaze, adjusting the amounts to your desired level of heat.
Once the meatballs are cooked, remove them from the oven and brush each meatball with the honey sriracha glaze, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Return the glazed meatballs to the oven for an additional 3-5 minutes, allowing the glaze to caramelize slightly
