Meatloaf
2 poundslean ground beef
1 cupitalian seasoned breadcrumbs
½ cupmilk
¼ cupparmesan cheese
1 tspsalt
to taste
1 tsppepper
3cloves garlic
minced
0.5onion
diced or grated
1 Tbspworchestershire sauce
2eggs

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F
Step 2
In a bowl mix all meatloaf ingredients together. Add to a sheet pan and shape into a heart or a loaf.
Step 3
In a separate bowl mix together the sauce ingredients and spread over the top of the meatloaf. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour until the internal temperature is 150-155°. Mine is perfect at 45 minutes.
