Step 1
Chop onion and celery.
Step 2
Make sure crackers are crushed into almost a dust (can substitute bread crumbs.) I put them in a ziploc bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
Step 3
Combine ingredients in bowl and mix saving half of the can of soup.
Step 4
Put mixture into 8x8 pan and cover with remaining mushroom soup.
Step 5
Bake at 350 for 90 minutes uncovered.
Step 6
Let rest 5-10 minutes before serving
