Step 1

Fry the bacon until it’s crispy.

Step 2
Take the bacon out and add in the onion. Add more oil if necessary.

Step 3

To the onion, add minced garlic, chilli paste (optional), sugar, honey and balsamic vinegar. Cook everything until the onions are a little bit crispy and you have a sticky sauce.




Step 4

Add the bacon back in, mix well and transfer to a jar or container. Enjoy!
