Whipped Cream is a favorite topping of many to put the finishing touches on a great dessert. I believe nothing beats homemade whipped cream and it only requires 3 ingredients!

Instructions
Step 1
Place a large mixing bowl in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2
To the mixing bowl, add in heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
Step 3
Using a hand mixer with a wire whisk attachment, mix all of the ingredients together, starting on a low speed and gradually increase to a high speed while the mixture firms up.
Step 4
Mix for approximately 1-2 minutes or until stiff peaks form. Be mindful to scrape down the sides of the bowl halfway through mixing.
Step 5
Once done you can serve. You can refrigerate for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
