Step 1
1 Preheat the oven 190°C/375°F/Gas 5.
Cut the peaches in half and prise out the
stones (pits) with the point of the knife.
COOK'S TIP
You can cook these peaches over a
barbecue. Place them on sheets of foil,
drizzle over the liqueur, then scrunch the
foil around them to seal into parcels.
Cook for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
2 Place the peaches cut side up in an
ovenproof dish. In a small bowl, mix the
amaretto liqueur with the honey and
drizzle over the halved peaches,
covering them evenly.
Step 3
Bake the peaches for 20-25 minutes.
or until tender. Place two peach halves
on each serving plate and drizzle with
the pan juices. Serve immediately.
