Instructions
Step 1
Heat large cast iron skillet over medium heat until very hot. Add Canola Oil.
Step 2
Season steak and add to skillet in single layer batches. Cook until browned on all sides. Set meat aside and keep warm.
Step 3
To make garlic butter sauce, reduce heat in pan to low; add garlic and cook. Stirring frequently until fragrant, about one minute.
Step 4
Stir in butter, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Serve steak and fries immediately with garlic butter sauce.
