This is a super yummy Asian sauce to go on just about anything protien, noodles and veggies!

Instructions

Step 1
Grate ginger, garlic and shallot. Mix all ingredients together and simmer in pot on the stove.
Step 2
You can substitute sake or rice vinegar for Miran. I also use a red onion rather than shallots since I usually have them in the pantry. I also like to add a tad more brown sugar.
Step 3
Jake said it's his favorite thing I've made .. ever. We've been together 7 years to date. He called it "That's what I want for my birthday dinner" and his birthday was a week ago. He's planning for a year away.
