Instructions
Step 1
Mince 2 heads of garlic, ginger, and your desired amount of chilies.



Step 2
Saute chili mince in a pot with a tiny bit of oil until fragrant.
Step 3
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, shaoxing wine, sugar, rice vinegar, and a grated dried shiitake mushroom. Bring to a boil.






Step 4
Add 1 tsp of corn starch dissolved in 1 tbsp of water and boil until the sauce is thickened slightly. Remove from the heat and store in the fridge for up to a month.
