Quick and delicious air fryer banana cupcake! A great use for those sweet overripe bananas… don’t throw them away!!!
You can add a few chocolate chips and a tbsp maple syrup to these for a little extra sweetness …

Step 1
If using rolled oats, grind them to flour consistency in a mixer, then put the flour to the side. If using oats flour skip this step.

Add the banana and milk to the mixer and make a paste.

Add the flour and all other ingredients (optional 2 tsp maple syrup) to the mixer and make a homogeneous batter

Pour the batter into 2 ramekins or small oven-proof dishes

Optional: add a few chocolate chips on the surface

Bake in the air fryer at 170 C for about 16 minutes. You can also bake it in a fan-assisted oven at 180 C for 22-25 minutes. Ideally serve warm.
