Cinnamon-Spiced Plums

Perfect ontop of porridge. Simple to make and can be batch made and put into the freezer. Can be cooked in the air-fryer. Follow instructions below but reduce cooking time to 7-8 minutes. If freezing to cook later, put all ingredients into a bag and mix well. Freeze flat. Put the frozen Plums, skin side down into an ovenproof dish and cook for 10-12 mins on 180°C. (8-9 mins in the Air-Fryer)

Preheat oven to 180°C
Step 2
Put all of the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well
Step 3
Put the Plums, skin side down, into an oven proof dish and cook for 9-10 minutes, until soft.
