I have 7 food allergies: wheat, rice, soy, tomato, peanut, almond, cockroach (red food colourings) I have a desmoid tumour that is controlled with Tamoxifen but togetger with pain meds my blood pressure soared. I follow the DASH diet to keep it stable.
